Curriculum

It is our goal to provide all of our children with the best possible education delivered by motivated, inspirational teachers who have been specially trained to teach the hybrid curriculum developed specifically for Little Green Tree House.  We provide children with the tools and resources necessary to explore and discover the world around them while having fun every day.  Through hands on activities and learning centers teachers facilitate and encourage exploration and learning at all ability levels. Children explore music and movement, math, science, art, language, literacy, and computers, all while growing their imaginations through dramatic play.

The Little Green Tree House supports a child's natural curiosity and desire to learn by creating a school environment unlike any other around.  Working towards the licensure for the EDGE (Early Development through Global Education) (http://www.theedgeeducation.com/) curriculum, children engage in activities that foster an understanding and appreciation of the world around them and what is vital to keep our planet and our bodies healthy.  Children  incorporate this into their own families encouraging a "lifetime of conscious and thoughtful living."
